Inspire : An Exhibition

  • 3 in 1 Centre, St Martin's Church Priory Fields Horsley, GL6 United Kingdom (map)

Art is a powerful way of expressing identity, culture and values.  It can also be a source of inspiration, joy, and connection for both the artists and the viewers.  Therefore, art exhibitions that celebrate local artists are important and meaningful for any community.

This is why we have made Inspire: An Exhibition a central part of the first weekend of events in the Horsley Festival. The exhibition features a diverse range of artworks including paintings, sculpture, textiles, ceramics, photography and digital art.

Inspire: An Exhibition provides a platform for local artists to display their talent and creativity.  The exhibition aims to engage and inspire visitors to think about their own creativity.  It shows how art can enrich the local community and is a testament to the vibrant and diverse art scene in Horsley.

Artists featured include: Viviana Rossi-Caffell, Patricia Digby, John Forster, Jo Gilfoyle, Elliot Gilfoyle, Gill Hackett, Angela Haig-Harrison, Imogen Harvey-Lewis, Pip Heywood, Jo Hofman, Lee Kirby, Ruth Liengaard, Nina Loveridge, Maisie Meredith, Chris Morden, Rod Nelson, Maxine Relton, Shelly Saguaro, Jan Tarry, Melanie Wilde and David Wilson.
